Bathrooms
For most of people, the bathroom is where the day starts and where it ends just before bed. In between, the bathroom is one of the least thought about places in the home.
In recent years, bathroom remodeling has become more important as people have come to appreciate the quality of life a new bathroom with nice features can add, and how much an upgraded bathroom can increase home values when it comes time to sell a home. Bathroom projects can range from modest renovations to a powder room to a completely new master bathroom — sometimes even including an addition or bump out to provide added room.
We particularly find that couples who are empty nesters or have older children decide to remodel their master bathroom to provide themselves with comforts they have done without for many years. Features we often find people adding are his-and-hers sinks and vanities, jacuzzi or soaking tubs, standalone showers, custom tiling, radiant heat flooring, and custom cabinetry.
